Maximum Leasing rates

As usual, we have published the latest maximum rents and population figures for the towns and cities surveyed by COMFORT, sorted according to federal state, on our website (see left hand side of the page). For the first time, we have also provided these figures, plus interesting data such as purchasing power and centrality index, in print format or as a pdf file download. However, they aren't complied in a separate maximum rent dossier, but are attached to our current Market Report 2009/2010. You can either download it directly from the website or order the printed version here.

All data pertains to the fulfilment of the following conditions:
Newly concluded lease agreements in absolute prime commercial locations regarding small (80 - 120 m2) and medium-sized (300 - 500 m2) statistical, true ground level sales areas.
The presumed, ideal store unit will have ground-level access (no steps/stairs), upper-level, high-quality structural design as well as fairly rectangular layout: Minimum display window size 6 m (at 80 - 120 m2) or 10 m (at 300 - 500 m2).
Maximum leasing rates in EURO per square meter, per month, plus Statutory VAT And ancillary costs.
The data is based on our empirical values as well as concluded lease agreements at the specific location that have been announced by us or third parties. The maximum leasing rates are for informational purposes only and cannot be applied to specific properties unless the individual conditions of the building and respective contractual agreements that might not correspond to usual factors are taken into consideration.
Acquisition period of the maximum leasing rates is July 2008 to June 2009, population figures (EW) January 1, 2008, purchasing power (KKZ) and centrality indices (ZKZ) forecast values for the year 2009, source: BBE 2009.
